Yoga retreats are aimed at providing a natural set-up for participants to go deeper within themselves through the practises of Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra. The retreats are set in beautiful Linger properties in Coorg, Chikmagalur , Sakleshpur. The participants get to enjoy some nature activities along with sattvic food along with Yoga.
Spiritual retreats aim at getting any seeker to understand their inner self better using ancient practices as well as modern psychological models and are generally for longer period of time than yoga retreats.
