Program Objective:  To improve physical and mental health, and live a life aligned to your values.  Pranayama , Meditation and Lifestyle aspects such as diet, sleep, mental habits in the AM sessions. Yoga Nidra and Qualities for self-expression in the PM sessions.
Target group: It is ideal for anyone going through anxiety, stress or any other emotional/mental disturbance affecting their sleep, focus and general well-being. If you have been feeling disoriented about who you are and what matters to you, the evening session on self-expression will be an added bonus.
