    Yoga Nidra is a 4 day workshop conducted by Sahana Ravindranath. The course gives a deep insight into why practising Yoga Nidra regularly is important for our over all well being. First, the host makes us understand the theory behind it and later on takes us through it practically. It helps in deep relaxation by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, healing work, diving deeper within ourselves and observe without making judgements, etc.

    I personally wanted to increase the quality of sleep, and it has helped me with it.

    This course is highly informative, and it is 100% recommended.
