Pranayama workshops  cover the theory and practise of basic Pranayama for beginners. Pranayama workshops bring you authentic techniques from Hatha Yoga tradition as well as evidence based scientific methods from neuroscience. 
Meditation or Dhyana is a contemplation state to be absorbed in a state of equanimity. The meditation workshops will cover few techniques to start meditation and understand how to go deeper in it.
Pranayama improves lung capacity, oxygen absorption in the cells leading to better health. It balances and harmonises the nervous system and mind. It improves mood , memory and concentration. It has calming and energising effect. Meditation improves mood, memory , concentration and creativity . It reduces anxiety , negativity and stress. It combats ageing and inflammation.
Pranayama workshops are open for all ages and without any experience to Yoga.

    I have attended Yoga Nidra and Pranayama course led by Sahana. Me, having zero knowledge in yoga, was always hesitant do some courses related to Yoga. But, above mentioned courses really helped me remove such thoughts and also laid foundation to continue with yoga practice myself. She is very patient in conveying the concepts to absolute beginners.
